**Cancellation and Deposit Policy**
At Shellback Shipping Sailor LLC, we strive to provide efficient and reliable service to all our customers. To ensure smooth operations, we have established the following policy regarding deposits and cancellations:
1. **Deposit:** A deposit is required to secure your pick-up date and time. Please note that this deposit may be non-refundable.
2. **Cancellation Notice:** If you need to cancel your scheduled pick-up, you must do so at least eight (8) hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time to receive a full refund of deposit.
3. **Late Cancellations:** Cancellations made within eight (8) hours of the scheduled pick-up time will result in the loss of the deposit, as the time slot may not be filled on short notice.
